What to do when you need a break from grading papers, writing report cards, and trying to finish up a lingering (due to extra snow days) school year? A fun antidote for the overwhelmed is to watch Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere on DVDs, or streamed directly from Netflix, which is what I did.
Enjoy the parallel universe of London Below! Enjoy the creativity and fun of Neil Gaiman’s writing! Reimerge from the experience with a smile on your face, ready for another day on the front lines of your working world.
Just added this to my Netflix streaming queue … thanks for the mention! I have a feeling I am going to do a lot of streaming this summer when the kid monopolizes the tv. Oh, summer vacation!

I didn’t know there was a movie version of this. I will have to check it out! No idea how I missed it!

Kristen, there are 6 episodes, and each episode is 1/2 hour long, so it doesn’t take a big commitment of time to watch it. It was fun.
Kailana, it was a series (a short one) back in the 90s. I’d never heard of it, either.

It took me a couple of years before I found out that the book was first adapted into TV series. I managed to catch some episodes but still has many left to watch.
