Bookfool, I completely understand. There are many that just can’t stand that much water coming from the sky. I like the rain, but the very very gray days can wear thin!
Kim, we do have spectacular clouds, don’t we!?
Hazra, it sounds a lot like the Northwest! We’re still enjoying the last of our summer/early fall relatively dry period, but soon the rains will return and we’ll be soggy for months and months.
Thanks, Mom. We really enjoy these entertaining skies!
I know exactly where you took that shot. I am from Edmonds and my great-grandparents lived on that street in the 20’s and 30’s. I can still hear the sound of the train going by. Thank you for bringing that sound back to me through your pictures.
Those are beautiful. I don’t think I could stand the quantity of rain you get, but I love that kind of scenery with a dramatic sky.

I agree with you! I have been snapping pictures all week of the clouds too. We have had some dramatic weather haven’t we?

I love your cloud pictures. We’re into fall days but the clouds weren’t nearly as dramatic. More rain for us tomorrow.
