A Literary Christmas is a wonderful anthology by the British Library, full of classic Christmas stories, poems, and selections from various novels. I listened to the audiobook version, read by Juliet Stevenson and Simon Callow, and I absolutely loved it!  This is one that can be listened to (or read) every December.
