May not solve problems, but can be the.best.distraction! If I can’t sleep at night, I get lost in my book and pretty soon zzzzz. And if not, then I get reading time!
I love this! And yes, maybe reading won’t solve your problems but it can offer an escape. Housework as an escape? Never tried that. Don’t think I will. Ha!
