I just read Dream Big Dreams: Photographs from Barack Obama’s Inspiring and Historic Presidency, by Pete Souza. It’s a book for young people and it is full of beautiful and moving photographs, and wonderful human values. It was healing to read something so full of goodness and hope this week!
A Fondness For Reading 
Sounds like a wonderful read! Pete Souza was at our Book Festival last year I think but unfortunately I miss it. Darn. I bet that must have been such a great talk.

I have not seen this but it sounds wonderful. Would it be a good gift for my almost 4 and almost 6 grandchildren?

Marlo, yes, I think it’s a must for your grandkids, although the 4 year old will grow into it. But both of them could understand the different values that make up the sections of the book! He’s such a decent human being and powerful role model.
