So many times I have heard, “Everything happens for a reason,” implying there is reasoning behind all of life’s ups and downs. I so dislike that saying. Instead, I have always thought you can learn and grow from each experience. Paul Coelho says it perfectly. Thank you.
Marlo, I don’t like that reason thing, either, but definitely believe that we learn and grow from our experiences. I haven’t read this particular Paul Coelho book, but am interested in doing so now after finding this quote.
