Instead of making New Year resolutions, I choose one word that will guide me in a positive direction throughout the year. My word for 2020 is Gratitude.

Very nice, Robin! Certainly a word we can all relate to and remember each day of our lives. I think each of us has a lot to grateful for. I know I do.

Kay, it feels like there is so much negative and fear that surrounds us these days. I just want to consciously look for the positive of each day this year as an antidote.

Great word choice! I have a bullet journal and each day I try to write down at least one thing for which I’m grateful.

Les, I did the same thing when I was keeping a bullet journal. I’ve been thinking about starting my journaling again…

Gratitude is always a good word to focus on. Mine is Gather. My focus this year it to be more intentional with relationships and to schedule more face to face meetings or other opportunities to gather.
